ReForest Latam

Nature-tech for native ecosystems

We regenerate native forests at scale

We combine biotechnology, drones and ecosystem analysis to restore ecosystems' capacity to provide goods and services, and reduce nature-related risks.

Restoration,
as it's done today,
doesn't scale.

Conventional methods, based on manually planting nursery seedlings, are slow and demand intensive labor and logistics. Under this scenario, most degraded land falls outside any viable approach.

It's not just technology.
It's how you intervene in the system.

Restoring isn't planting trees: it's rebuilding functional ecosystems.

Grounded in ecological science, we've built a platform to design and deploy interventions that let us restore more land, with less operational friction and greater monitoring and verification capacity.

Solution

A platform for assisted natural regeneration,
science-based, designed to scale.

Phase 01

Ecosystem analysis

We assess soil, microclimate, cover and degradation status to define which species, strategy and intervention sequence apply to each area.

Phase 02

Biotechnology

We coat native seeds with biostimulants and a substrate developed in our own lab, improving germination and early survival in real field conditions.

Phase 03

Aerial dispersal

We deploy in the field using drones, covering large areas and hard-to-reach zones.

Phase 04

Field monitoring

We measure field establishment, generate reports and adjust our models to improve each intervention.

Native species

From Patagonia to the Cerrado. From the Chaco to the Chiquitano Forest.

Every ecosystem has its own rules. We've already applied our methodology in the Humid and Dry Chaco, Patagonia, the Yungas, the Cerrado, the Atlantic Forest and the Chiquitano Forest: radically different conditions that prove the system's replicability.
